We all have different abilities; some are seen, and some are hidden. Many of us have hidden or physical disabilities, and others are carers for loved ones who may be differently abled. At the Kyowa Kirin Group, we are committed to making everyone feel welcome: welcome to be their authentic selves, be heard, feel valued and create spaces where we can grow together equally and thrive.

Fundamental to our commitment is Wa (和) – one of the Kyowa Kirin Group’s values. Wa is a Japanese term for group harmony; essential in any team, group or community for individuals to grow, thrive and achieve great things.
